Job Description
A modern and values-driven accountancy practice in South Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled bookkeeper or accountant to join their friendly and ambitious team. This flexible, hybrid role (minimum one day per week in the office) offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder, supporting a variety of clients with bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, management reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, strong Xero knowledge, and excellent attention to detail. Offering £30,000 per annum (pro rata for 30 hours per week), this role provides professional growth, career progression, and the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
