Job Overview

In this role, you will provide support and ensure effective administration, covering for the Inpatient Booking Manager when needed. You will prioritize patient-centered care, demonstrating professionalism and compassion.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring the waiting list in accordance with Trust policies and targets.
  2. Managing the waiting list proactively to meet targets.
  3. Coordinating admission and pre-operative assessment clinics, ensuring all medical records are prepared and available.
  4. Communicating changes related to admissions, theatre lists, procedures, and equipment to relevant staff.
  5. Participating in meetings and working groups to improve services and support personal development.
