Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and BOM Analyst to join a global luxury automotive manufacturing environment. You will maintain BOM/master data, support engineering changes and drive data-driven improvements within MRP/ERP systems.

The role involves analyzing supply chain data, collaborating with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, and developing KPI reports. A strong data mindset and experience with BOM management are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Supply Chain and BOM Analyst.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and master data management.
• Strong BOM management and Engineering Change process experience.
• Automotive/engineering/manufacturing environment experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience analysing complex data and identifying discrepancies or trends.
• Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across Engineering, Production, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BOM, inventory, demand and master data within MRP/ERP systems.
• Create, maintain and validate BOMs, part numbers and product structures.
• Ensure BOMs align with engineering specifications and changes.
• Coordinate Engineering Change implementations and releases.
• Serve as a primary contact between Engineering and Supply Chain for BOM queries.
• Support material planning through analysis of work orders and material availability.
• Liaise with Procurement and suppliers on costs, lead times and batch sizes.
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and report Supply Chain KPIs using data and Power BI.
• Support data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain alignment between engineering, MRP/ERP and product definition systems.
