Job summary

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to operate, maintain and interrogate Honeywell BMS controllers and field control systems across London and surrounding areas. The role is field-based with travel to customer sites and out-of-hours support as required.

You will work with Tridium Niagara, BACnet/M-Bus/Modbus protocols, and contribute to energy savings while delivering strong customer relations and reporting.”

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS systems and controls; strong knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems, ideally built on Tridium Niagara.
• Familiarity with building automation protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fault-find quickly to resolve reactive works on complex systems.
• Good written and verbal communication to compile reports and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems.
• Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects.
• Modify and Interrogate BMS software programs, strategies and systems.
• Monitor and adjust energy-saving measures across Building Services.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with clients at varied sites.
• Travel to customer sites in and around London and further as required.
