Job summary

Office Owls Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a nationwide facilities and building maintenance business. The role covers commissioning, testing and fault-finding across commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on BMS systems and HVAC plant.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of BMS commissioning experience, strong HVAC knowledge and be comfortable working with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and/or Cylon platforms while coordinating

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' BMS commissioning experience.
Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.
Experience with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and/or Cylon.
Good understanding of BMS networking and communications.
Able to read BMS schematics and control drawings.
Strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Commission and test BEMS/BMS systems from installation through to handover.
Carry out point-to-point, I/O and functional testing.
Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, pumps and VAV systems.
Configure and fault-find BMS controllers and field devices.
Work with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms.
Work with BACnet, Modbus and other BMS communication protocols.
Review drawings, points lists and control strategies.
Complete commissioning documentation and client handovers.
Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
