Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a distributed team of platform engineers.
• Own the roadmap for the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Build relationships with engineering leads for standardized solutions.
• Establish key performance metrics to track improvements.
• Define AI strategy in the SDLC.
• Participate in an incident-commander rota for operational health.
