The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a production environment, alongside a strong engineering background. The role involves developing efficient processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating across teams to drive improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years in a manufacturing/production engineering role.
Experience with debugging for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line.
Collaborate with Quality team to implement best practices.
Skills
Manufacturing/production engineering experience
Component-level hardware debugging
Ability to read electrical schematics
Familiarity with electronics test equipment
Scripting knowledge (Python, MATLAB)
Soldering experience
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Strong problem-solving abilities
Management experience
Knowledge of formal risk assessments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
