Senior Biostatistician I

We are currently seeking a Senior Biostatistician I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Biostatistician I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  1. Serves as lead biostatistician for simple to complex clinical studies.
  2. Develops statistical analysis plans and reporting specifications.
  3. Responsible for statistical aspects of CRF design and edit specifications.
  4. Performs statistical analyses and interprets results for simple to complex clinical studies.
  5. Reviews simple to complex randomization specifications and dummy randomization schemes.
  6. Participates in bid defense meetings.

Your profile

  1. Master's degree or Ph.D in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 5 or more years of biostatistical experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of multiple statistical and therapeutic areas, the drug development process, and statistical programming practices and procedures.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
