To begin, you will be familiarising yourself with the company's technology platform, which involves suspension mammalian cell culturing, transfection, filtration, diafiltration and chromatography, before becoming fully integrated into the team to take on more responsibilities and lead process development.

You will be using your experience to work on the science of their technology, from eureka moment and initial ideation, through to delivery and manufacture. You will take charge of the full development process and will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team, all aiming to make a step change with new ideas.

In exchange for your skills and expertise, the company offer a package tailored to you, which includes share options, and regular salary reviews. It is a start-up environment which means you will gain exposure to other areas of the business and will give you the opportunity to learn and grow as a scientist.
