Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable management and training skills.
• Experience developing and mentoring junior scientists.
• Familiarity with IBMS Registration and Specialist Portfolios.
• Ability to lead a Tissue Science service.

Responsibilities

• Build stability into the Tissue Science service while performing technical duties.
• Develop others and bench readiness across the organisation.
• Provide leadership and expert guidance within the Tissue Science service.
• Collaborate with Apprenticeships & Scientific Development Team.
• Support IBMS Registration and portfolio progression.
