Job summaryApplications are invited for the post of Senior Biomedical Scientist to lead and inspire the Clinical Chemistry service at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro. The post holder will be the section lead for the Speciality assay laboratory and will oversee the use and management of technologies such as HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis.
Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Speciality Assay service in the Clinical Chemistry Department, and support management across the wider Chemistry Team. The post holder will be a state registered Biomedical Scientist (BMS) with extensive experience and knowledge in Specialist Clinical Chemistry. The post holder will provide managerial and professional leadership across the wider department.
