Senior Biomedical Scientist - Blood Sciences

Main duties of the job

• Deliver quality pathology services and take a share of covering out-of-hours service as required.
• Perform biomedical diagnostic testing, interpretation, and reporting, including quality control.
• Maintain records of specimens, results, reagents, and consumables.
• Support the organization in validating and assessing new equipment and developing new diagnostic procedures.
• Bring relevant laboratory experience in multidisciplinary biomedical science.
• Utilize good working knowledge of various analytical equipment and techniques.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide high-quality service in a modern pathology laboratory.
