We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Support Services Team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Witham, Essex. It is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week in the office.

The Senior Binder and Facultative Specialist will be a key member of the facultative and binder, lineslip, and bespoke teams.

Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets, resolving issues, and reviewing practices to improve efficiency.

Flexible working arrangements, including part-time and job share options, are available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing service operations within a client support team, ensuring governance and compliance.
• Supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues.
• Contributing to the execution of global strategic objectives and leading local initiatives.
• Leading training sessions and promoting continuous improvement.
• Providing information for RFPs and sales opportunities.
• Leading projects like Bordeaux Entry Monitoring and Workflow solutions.
• Facilitating team meetings and maintaining strong relationships.
• Working to enhance client and market experiences and reporting.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of delegated authority concepts, laws, and regulations (e.g., FCA).
• Successful client account management experience.
• Strong communication skills for complex interactions.
