Align Talent Ltd is seeking a Senior BIM Technologist to join a high‑calibre team delivering complex BIM coordination across UK projects. This fully remote role requires UK-based candidates and responsibility for coordination across large commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
You will produce and maintain highly detailed BIM models using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks and AutoCAD, supporting design coordination and technical detailing on multiple live projects from

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (Dependent Upon Experience)

You’ll be joining a fantastic team who really know their craft. The team is technically strong, collaborative and trusted by major contractors and specialist construction businesses to help deliver complex projects where coordination, accuracy and buildability really matter.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of large‑scale commercial, residential, mixed‑use and other technically challenging projects, often supporting major developments with complex packages, interfaces and demanding delivery programmes.
This is the kind of role where no two projects are quite the same. One month you could be tackling detailed façade or building-envelope coordination on a major commercial development; the next, helping resolve intricate BIM and technical challenges on a large residential or healthcare scheme.
For an experienced Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, BIM Technologist or BIM specialist who loves Revit, technical detailing and solving difficult coordination problems, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with excellent people, gain exposure to major projects and clients, and keep developing at a high technical level.
