Job summary

BakerHicks seeks a Senior BIM Technician to lead multidisciplinary BIM delivery from client sites across the UK. You will coordinate 3D models (MEP, civil, structural, architectural) using Revit and related tools, supervise content creation, and drive quality and efficiency while mentoring junior technicians.

You will work in highly regulated environments, ensure compliance with BIM standards and BEP, and help deliver accurate, AS-Built and record models with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and digital delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM standards and information management.
• Experience with ISO 19650 and CDE environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models and drawings to varying levels of detail.
• Coordinate MEP, structural and architectural models.
• Supervise model content creation per BIM standards and BEP.
• Manage model federations and clash detection (Navisworks/Forma).
• Mentor trainees and develop junior technicians.
