Job summary

Churchill Living is seeking an experienced Group BIM & Revit Architectural Technologist to drive BIM standards and digital delivery across a national residential developer. You will govern Revit content, coordinate with AutoCAD details, and support colleagues and consultants in adopting BIM practices across the business.

This role suits a technically strong Revit professional with deep construction knowledge and a passion for digital innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or similar (CIAT accredited).
• Strong Revit capability, with working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Minimum five years’ experience in architectural/technical design, BIM or AEC environments.
• Proven experience producing technical construction information to UK standards and regulations.
• Understanding of BIM processes and information management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ISO 19650 knowledge.
• Understanding of COBie requirements.
• Experience with Uniclass and structured naming conventions.
• Clash detection and model review software.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and develop Churchill Living’s Revit content, including standard apartment models and component families.
• Coordinate AutoCAD details into BIM-ready Revit content.
• Support wider divisional adoption of Revit through guidance, user support and feedback.
