? Contract Opportunity – Senior Revit MEP Coordinator | Manchester (Hybrid) ?

We’re currently working with a leading consultancy with offices in Manchester and Leeds, who are looking to bring on board a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator on a 6-month contract, outside IR35.

? Role Overview:

• Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the office
• Project types: Healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial
• Working environment: Fast-paced – prior experience in similar settings essential
• Start date: Interviews being scheduled for Friday and Tuesday next week

? Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP on large-scale projects
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with design teams
• Solid references to support your experience
• Access to your own PC for remote work (client provides software licenses)

? Rate: £25-£34 p/h, dependent on experience (outside IR35)
