Job summary

Perkins & Will in London is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for a large hospital project. You will manage federated models, lead clash detection, and ensure data integrity across disciplines in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Industry-recognised qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience within a design or construction environment.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale, multidisciplinary BIM projects.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and structured information delivery.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Experience using coordination tools such as Navisworks, Revit, Solibri or similar.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel (Power Query an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate federated models across disciplines.
• Lead clash detection and coordination workflows.
• Own QA/QC processes for models and data integrity.
• Support BIM data management and CDE workflows.
• Provide day-to-day BIM support to the project team.
• Assist in training and upskilling team members.
