Qualifications

We're looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our growing Digital Integration team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how data and technology support the design, construction, and operation of complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Your future team:

Reporting to the BIM/Digital Delivery Lead, you'll be at the forefront of embedding digital delivery standards and processes across the programme. This includes implementing ISO 19650-aligned practices, supporting 3D/4D/5D integration, GIS-CAD interoperability, and digital rehearsals—ensuring smooth, efficient, and futureproof delivery of major works.

Your missions:

  • Work with Senior Project Information Managers to define and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs).
  • Collaborate across teams to drive consistency in digital delivery standards and adoption of integrated workflows.
  • Support the setup and enhancement of systems for managing 3D, 4D, and 5D data, ensuring seamless integration of BIM, CAD, and GIS.
  • Participate in software tool customisation, automation initiatives, and digital innovation (e.g., VR/AR, immersive visualisation).
  • Train and support project delivery teams in implementing new digital processes and standards.
  • Interface with BIM/GIS Coordinators, Programme Managers, Document Controllers, and the wider GGP Digital Integrator Team.

  • Working towards chartership (ICE, BCS, or similar)
  • ISO 19650/BS1192 certified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in BIM and digital delivery on large-scale infrastructure programmes
  • Deep understanding and hands-on application of ISO 19650 / BS1192 standards
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with CDEs, BEPs, federated models, and structured data delivery (COBie, IfC)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Proficiency in BIM and 3D/4D modelling tools
