What Are We Looking For?

RSE's newly created Digital team is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for embedding RSE's digital delivery standards across major projects and aligning BIM with business systems for efficient, future-proof project delivery.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee BIM project delivery, support the project lifecycle, and contribute to the business-wide BIM strategy through developing processes, templates, and workflows.

Key Duties Include:

  • Act as the BIM Coordinator across multiple projects, managing digital delivery activities.
  • Interpret and implement client BIM requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM workflows, templates, and documentation aligned with RSE and ISO 19650 standards.
  • Prepare and update BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and related documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA, Design, and Project teams on BIM tools, processes, and standards.
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate model file exchanges and digital deliverables with clients and partners.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance BIM and design processes.
  • Mentor and support junior BIM team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Delegate BIM-related tasks to ensure project milestones are met.

What Do You Need?

  • Proven experience in BIM and digital delivery on large, multidisciplinary projects within design, engineering, or construction.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM workflows.
  • Ability to produce and manage BIM documentation such as BEPs, EIRs, and MIDPs.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and similar industry-standard software.
  • Experience in clash detection, federated model management, and data-rich model delivery.
  • Knowledge of CDEs, preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
