Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant specialising in BIM to join our Education and Data Centre sector teams. You will work with a global client base, leading Information Management from strategy to project level for major projects.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years as a BIM Manager, with deep knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework. Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, Solibri and Navisworks, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably with a consultancy background.
• Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the BIM Framework.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Experience with clash detection and model checking tools like Solibri and Navisworks.
• Strong experience of CDE platforms such as ACC, Asite and Viewpoint.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows.
• Implementation Leadership: roll out BIM methodologies across programs and projects.
• Technical Assurance: conduct structured model reviews, clash detection and data analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: facilitate workshops and communicate strategies.
• Commercial & Business Support: create bid proposals, write detailed reports, and contribute to internal docs.
• Team Supervision: lead teams and maintain high quality standards.
