Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant specialising in BIM to join our team in the UK. You will lead the development and deployment of BIM standards across education and data centre projects, ensuring collaboration among clients, designers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in BIM management, strong knowledge of industry standards, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri. This role emphasizes delivery excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• BS EN ISO 19650 knowledge and information management standards.
• Familiarity with IMI Framework and UK BIM Framework guidelines.
• Experience delivering BIM strategies for education/data centre sectors.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows.
• Implementation Leadership: roll out BIM methods across programmes and projects.
• Technical Assurance: perform model reviews, clash checks and data validation.
• Stakeholder Management: run workshops and coordinate with partners.
• Commercial & Business Support: contribute to bids and internal docs.
• Team Supervision: lead teams and review deliverables.
