Job description

The role of Senior Billing Coordinator involves bill creation via a case management system, quality checking client bills, and managing invoice queries. The successful candidate will join a diverse team, each member responsible for billing in one of our EMEA offices, demonstrating independence and teamwork. Additionally, the role includes providing monthly updates to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Resolving invoice queries with legal teams, finance teams, and vendors.
  2. Supporting operational billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Managing billing flow to meet monthly targets.
  4. Escalating issues and suggesting error reduction strategies.
  5. Training legal teams on billing processes.
  6. Updating billing protocols.
  7. Implementing process improvements.
  8. Assisting with audits and ad hoc tasks.

About you:

Ideal candidates will have experience in financial administration and proficiency in Word, Excel, and email systems. Key qualities include organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, communication skills, adaptability, and target-driven experience.
