Job description

The role of Senior Billing Coordinator involves bill creation via a case management system, quality checking client bills, and managing invoice queries. The successful candidate will join a diverse team, each member responsible for billing in one of our EMEA offices, demonstrating independence and team contribution. Additionally, the role includes providing monthly updates to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve internal and external invoice queries, maintaining good relations with legal, finance teams, and external vendors.
  2. Support operational billing for an assigned office/team to ensure accurate and timely bill issuance.
  3. Manage billing flow throughout the month to meet targets.
  4. Escalate billing issues promptly with suggestions for error reduction.
  5. Assist the legal team with finance-related training on billing processes and query management.
  6. Review and update billing protocols with the client services team.
  7. Propose and support process improvements within the business.
  8. Assist managers and team leads with ad hoc tasks, including case audits.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in financial administration and proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email systems.
