Job summary

Ashfords is seeking a Bids and Proposals Manager to join the Marketing & Client Development team in Exeter. You will lead the development and submission of bids, tenders and proposals, coordinating timelines and ensuring all submissions meet client requirements and Ashfords’ standards.

You will draft and refine tender responses and pitch materials, build compelling client-focused content and maintain a library of bid content for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with bids and proposals, preferably in professional services.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and translate technical content into clear responses.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, handling multiple bids and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and submission of bids, tenders and proposals from opportunity assessment to final submission.
• Coordinate and manage timelines with partners, lawyers and business support to ensure on-time submissions.
• Monitor bid performance, capture feedback and drive continuous improvement.
