Job summary

Capsticks Solicitors LLP in Birmingham, Exeter, Leeds, London, Manchester or Winchester is seeking a Senior Bid Executive to join our hybrid team. You will deliver high-quality bids and presentations under tight deadlines, collaborating with Capsticks partners and colleagues.

You will monitor procurement portals, manage multiple bids, draft compelling content, and maintain libraries and systems to keep the bid function efficient. Strong MS Office skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing own bid portfolio and drafting bid content.
• Strong editing, synthesis and messaging across proposals.
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence at partner level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portals for opportunities and coordinate bid kickoff meetings.
• Project-manage a wide range of bids from inception to submission.
• Develop winning strategies with partners and draft compelling content.
• Prepare CVs, team sheets and presentation materials; coordinate rehearsals.
• Maintain bid libraries, ensure consistent documentation and policies.
