Encore Digital Media Ltd, based in London (UK), seeks a Senior Biddable Manager to lead our Delivery Team through hands-on programmatic expertise, team development, and strategic thinking for key clients.

You’ll mentor junior colleagues, manage vendor relationships, and champion innovative solutions across omnichannel DSPs, aligning with the Head of Delivery and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end-to-end programmatic campaign activation.
• Strong track record in omnichannel DSPs: The Trade Desk, DV360, and/or StackAdapt.
• Expert knowledge of Encore's core platforms; fluency in GA4 and DCM.
• Experience across Display, OLV, DOOH, CTV, Audio, Native.
• Experience managing people or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Confident communicator with strategic mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery for our most strategic clients.
• Collaborate with Account Teams and Encore Commercial Teams to optimise delivery and process efficiencies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, upskilling, and feedback.
• Work with the Head of Delivery and Senior Delivery Managers to improve team workflows and best practices.
• Own vendor relationships, including onboarding new platforms and coordinating training sessions.
• Proactively identify new platform opportunities and champion innovative solutions.
• Guide Test & Learn programs with clear business cases.
• Lead campaign QA and provide consultative support on setup and optimisation.
• Represent Encore on client calls, presentations, and quarterly reviews with insights.
