Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Bid Writer to join our Work Winning team supporting our Complex Facilities Business Unit. This is a remote role that will require travel, usually to Birmingham or London.
The purpose of the Senior Bid Writer is to develop high-quality, client-focused and compliant bid submissions and content as an experienced and integral part of the bid team.
The Senior Bid Writer will work with Bid Managers, the Bid Writing Manager / Proposal Manager, section leads and subject matter experts to produce winning SQ/PQQ and bid submissions that are accurate, consistent and aligned to the client's requirements.
They will act as lead writer on key opportunities and provide bid writing and editorial support and structural guidance to bid teams, accessing knowledge resources and previous bids to help maximise efficiency of the bid process.
The Senior Bid Writer will provide support, guidance, coaching and mentoring to less experienced members of the writing team. This will result in persuasive written proposals which clearly articulate our offering, win themes, added value, where we have done this before and benefits gained.
The standard hours of work are based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
