Job summary

3Search is seeking a Senior Bid Writer to join its growing bids team in London. You will own end-to-end tender responses across major construction and infrastructure projects, from PQQs to ITTs, and help shape client-focused content.

The role is hybrid, based in Central London with four days in the office and one day at home. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in bid writing, strong editing skills and experience coordinating with estimators, planners and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Write, review and edit tender responses for PQQs and ITTs.
• Translate technical information into client-focused content.
• Coordinate with estimators, planners and commercial teams.
• Keep bid content up-to-date with case studies and project sheets.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and edit client-focused tender responses.
• Manage clarification questions and client correspondence.
• Develop bid content including case studies and CVs.
• Ensure documentation is branded and well formatted.
• Support production of interview presentations and submissions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather input.
