We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual with proven experience in Public Sector Tenders, who aspires to become a key member of AaGlobal’s Senior Management Team (SMT).

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, including writing, research, communication, and mathematical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Public Sector Tender processes from start to finish
• Proven track record in roles such as Bid Coordinator, Bid Writer, Bid Reviewer, Bid Manager, or Proposal Writer within the Public Sector
• Exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure to meet deadlines
• Target-driven work ethic with rewarding remuneration and job satisfaction
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and mentor junior team members
• Degree-level education and proficiency in MS Office software

Responsibilities:

• Monitor tender portals and prepare for upcoming opportunities
• Manage the Contract Lifecycle
• Acquire PQQs and ITT documentation
• Design, write, edit, and review tenders to ensure completeness
• Collaborate with departments and SMT to gather necessary information
• Conduct research to keep tender information up-to-date and accurate
• Maintain libraries of tender documents
• Lead SMT meetings to finalize bid documentation
• Submit bids/tenders accurately and on time
• Follow up on inquiries, attend presentations, and communicate with authorities after submission
• Prepare statistical reports for clients and SMT
