Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Lead Project Planner to build probabilistic bid schedules aligned to BOM/SOW, ensuring DCMA 14-point health criteria and no scope gaps.

You will drive three-point estimates and Monte Carlo risk analysis to provide a defensible, risk-adjusted cost and schedule position for bid/no-bid and pricing decisions.

This senior role requires strong communication and cross-functional engagement, with hands-on experience in Planisware or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Senior role requiring deep scheduling expertise and risk awareness.
• Experience building and maintaining complex, resource-loaded schedules with Planisware or Primavera P6.
• SC clearance eligibility or ability to obtain.]
• Strong communication skills and ability to present risk findings to bid leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and own bid-stage schedules aligned to BOM/SOW with full DCMA 14-point criteria.
• Drive probabilistic analysis using three-point estimates and Monte Carlo methods.
• Maintain bi-directional traceability to RAID references and estimate impacts.
• Lead the ITO-to-execution transition; hand over baselined schedule and RAID data.
• Support change control during execution with What-If scenarios and EoT entitlement.
