United Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead complex, high-value submissions for major infrastructure projects across energy and water networks in the UK. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, interpret client requirements, and craft winning responses that differentiate our offerings.

Joining our growth-focused team, you will guide bid strategy sessions, mentor junior writers, and ensure timely delivery of compelling case studies that showcase our delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, marketing, engineering, or construction) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Extensive bid management experience in infrastructure, utilities, or engineering services.
• Professional certification/training in bid management (e.g., APMP Practitioner or higher) desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior reviews.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into winning strategies and compliant responses.
• Coach and mentor junior bid managers and writers.
• Oversee production of compelling, well-structured responses that differentiate our offering.
• Work with directors and SMEs to define win themes and value propositions.
• Manage multiple complex bids simultaneously with consistency and quality.
• Engage with live projects to gather evidence for persuasive case studies.
