Job summary

Thales Group in Belfast is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead complex, high-value bids across defence, space, aerospace and digital security. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure governance, and drive winning proposals from capture to award, balancing commercial and technical requirements.

You will influence bid strategy, manage budgets and risks, and engage with customers through presentations and negotiations.
