Exchange for Change is seeking a Senior BI & Analytics Manager to define and lead our organisation's BI and analytics strategy. You will ensure trusted information informs decisions across the scheme, guiding reporting, self-service analytics and advanced techniques.

You will partner with diverse teams, lead analysts, and shape how data drives value. The role is based in Milton Keynes with 2–3 days remote work weekly, offering a meaningful, purpose-led career at national scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading BI, analytics or insight capabilities in a complex organisation.
• Experience defining analytics strategies spanning reporting, self-service and advanced approaches.
• Strong expertise in dashboard and information design for intuitive use.
• Experience using diagnostic, predictive or advanced analytics to solve problems.
• Comfortable shaping forecasting and optimisation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the BI and analytics strategy, including reporting, self-service, insight, and forecasting.
• Shape reporting and analytics products to meet diverse user needs.
• Partner with regulators, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to turn questions into insight opportunities.
• Lead diagnostic and advanced analytics to understand what is happening and why.
• Identify opportunities for forecasting, prediction and optimisation with measurable value.
• Own the design and evolution of the BI and analytics environment for intuitive use.
• Champion an outcome-focused approach with adoption and business impact.
• Establish and lead an analytics community with common standards and tools.
