What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develops Basic and Complex BI reports independently
• Perform complex data modeling, advanced scripting and performance optimization
• Perform programming expertise, with SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc.
• Mentor junior BI Analytics developers
• Troubleshooting and solving Service Desk tickets for any dashboard related issue
• Set data modeling and dashboard standards
• Works directly with customers to identify business intelligence requirements
• Monitor overall Business Intelligence platform for uptime, kickouts, errors and other maintenance activities
• Advise team on the timing to perform upgrades and maintenance on Business Intelligence platform
• Participate in corporate initiatives and actions that ensure the continued success of the company

What We Are Searching For:

• BS degree and 6-8 years’ work experience in BI Analytics development or similar roles
• Experience in Qlik Sense / Qlik View development or other BI tool (ex. Tableau, Power BI, IBM Cognos Analytics, etc.)
• Experience in Database, Data Modeling, ETL (ex. SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, Azure Data Factory etc.)
• Experience with dimensionally modeled data warehouses
• Advanced understanding of business intelligence principles
• Familiarity with other business intelligence tools and integration with other data sources
• Able to lead complex projects and drive solutions for complex problems independently
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with moderate supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Independently driven and proactive for process optimization
