As the Senior BI Analyst, you will work with our suite of reporting tools, including Power BI, to create reports and dashboards for the group's stakeholders. You will collaborate with our technical team to ensure that requirements are delivered through robust solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Producing high-quality reporting solutions based on KPIs in Power BI through data analysis.
2. Working closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions meet specifications.
3. Proactively suggesting and proposing creative solutions or new technologies to support the board and wider business teams.
4. Maintaining and creating supporting documentation for developed products, performing data cleansing, preparation, reporting, and analysis using statistical techniques.
5. Transferring/migrating data from third-party systems into software, including data extraction and manipulation from various sources.
6. Collaborating with other BI and Data Team members.

Requirements:

1. Experience in professional reporting with a good understanding of SQL scripting and data modeling in a BI environment.
2. Significant experience using Power BI (Desktop and Online) and Excel.
3. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
4. Experience with dimensional modeling (warehouses, data vaults) is desirable.
