Job Title: Global Senior Benefits Specialist

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid policy of 2 days a week in the London office

Salary: Competitive package

Requirements: Must be fluent in either French, Spanish or Italian

The role

The Senior Benefits Specialist will act as a key resource providing support to the firm in the areas of benefits, compliance, compensation, and reporting. This position reports to the Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits and will work closely with legal, payroll and accounting staff, as well as the European Office Directors.

Some key points include:

  • Work with the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits to research and establish appropriate benefit plans for European employees
  • Ensure benefit plans are clearly outlined and communicated and that employees are enrolled, as appropriate. Respond to related questions or issues raised by employees
  • Make recommendations of cost-effective benefits consistent with firm culture
  • Maintain high quality and timely administration of all HR benefit and systems on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Support ad hoc compensation projects

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Fluent in French, Spanish or Italian
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a benefits and/or a compliance related position; experience in compensation administration is a plus
  • Experience with a full range of employee benefits plans
  • Knowledge of benefit laws
