Qualifications

• Experience in BEMS engineering, primary knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure.
• Field service experience with customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Own customer base and meet/exceed contractual requirements.
• Resolve operational issues in collaboration with customers.
• Provide clear service visit reports.
• Work with account management to deliver quotations.
• Identify and suggest energy improvement opportunities.
• Participate in team call out rota.

Skills
