As one of the Content Managers, you will play a key role in creating impactful content for our health and wellness programmes against your assigned pillar. Our current health pillars are Physical Activity, Nutrition, Sleep, and Emotional Wellbeing. The RoleAs a Senior Behaviour Change Health Coach on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, you'll help shape how we deliver impactful, digital-first coaching to improve health outcomes at scale. Using proven behaviour change techniques (like CBT, MI, and COM-B), you'll co-create engaging content, smart coaching journeys, and community experiences that empower users to build lasting habits and live healthier lives.
