As one of the Content Managers, you will play a key role in creating impactful content for our health and wellness programmes against your assigned pillar. The Role

As a Senior Behaviour Change Health Coach on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, you'll help shape how we deliver impactful, digital-first coaching to improve health outcomes at scale. Using proven behaviour change techniques (like CBT, MI, and COM-B), you'll co-create engaging content, smart coaching journeys, and community experiences that empower users to build lasting habits and live healthier lives.

This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the intersection of health, behaviour science, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimise digital coaching journeys using behaviour change science
  • Translate health goals into engaging, inclusive user experiences
  • Collaborate with content, product, science, and marketing teams
  • Co-create nudges, messages, and events to boost engagement
  • Moderate and evolve our online community for peer support
  • Measure impact through data, feedback, and outcome metrics
  • Represent the brand in video, app content, and events
  • Stay current on behavioural science and support internal training

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London (W1), with at least two days per week in the office.

The Person
  • Degree in Psychology or related field (MSc in Behaviour Change or Health Psychology preferred)
  • Previous experience in health or behaviour change coaching
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based models (CBT, MI, COM-B)
  • Skilled in designing personalised, inclusive health interventions
  • Excellent communicator and confident cross-functional collaborator
  • Comfortable using data to optimise user journeys and outcomes
  • Experience in digital health or coaching platforms is a bonus
  • Passionate about making wellness accessible and measurable
