Job summary

Quince seeks a Senior Category Manager, Bedding for UK/EU to lead end-to-end merchandising, drive regional assortment and performance, and collaborate across Product, Sourcing and Marketing to scale the bedding offer in international markets.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, 8–10 years of category experience, and in-office availability 4 days a week in London, Madrid, or Berlin, with willingness to work cross-functionally at pace.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of retail buying or category experience in Home Textiles / Bedding with demonstrated ownership of category performance.
• Role is based in London / Madrid or Berlin with 4 days per week in-office requirement.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience, with exposure to both startup and established brands preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end merchandising for Bedding across UK/EU including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international peers.
• Contribute to product ideation and shape new opportunities and business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Planning, Marketing, Sourcing to deliver launches balancing inventory, go-to-market, and quality.
• Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and drive actions to improve results.
• Support pricing and assortment decisions for the region.
• Own product catalogue management and data accuracy.
• Build site merchandising strategy and PDP improvements roadmap.
• Monitor ratings/returns to identify product quality improvements.
• Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets.
• Maintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers, and pricing files.
• Evaluate regional product compliance requirements with Sourcing and Quality teams.
