About the Role:

As a Senior Beauty Therapist at Cairn Group, you’ll lead by example—delivering exceptional treatments, supporting your team, and helping to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll perform a full range of beauty treatments while also supporting front-of-house duties, including meeting and greeting guests, taking bookings, managing check-ins and check-outs, and promoting retail sales. In this leadership role, you’ll motivate your team to achieve departmental targets, ensure consistent service standards, and help drive overall guest satisfaction and commercial success.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional beauty treatments and creating a relaxing guest environment.
• Support front-of-house duties: meet and greet guests, take bookings, manage check-ins/check-outs, promote retail sales.
• Motivate the team to achieve departmental targets and maintain consistent service standards.
• Help drive guest satisfaction and commercial success through quality service delivery.
