You will lead a cross‑practice BD team, manage complex client pursuits, coordinate campaigns, and mentor BD professionals, partnering with senior partners to turn strategic priorities into measurable

Qualifications

• Significant senior business development experience in a professional services or legal environment.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Proven track record of leading business development across complex practice groups.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience managing client pitches and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the Banking & Financial Services division.
• Coordinate BD activity across the division to ensure cohesive client development.
• Develop go-to-market campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the BD professionals supporting the division.
• Partner with partners on client pursuits and strategic pitches.
• Manage budgets, KPI reporting, and cross‑practice collaboration.
