DNV is seeking Senior and Principal Consultants to provide technical due diligence for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related assets, across a hybrid model from London, Bristol, Glasgow or Stockport offices. The role involves leading due diligence, advising clients, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting environment or for a developer, with a specialty in battery storage, renewables or infrastructure electrification.
• Technical expertise in power industry or BESS deployment.
• Experience in technical due diligence projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence and advisory projects for battery storage and related assets.
• Lead work packages and mentor project teams.
• Develop thought leadership material and represent DNV at events.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities.
• Prepare proposals based on client discussions or tenders.
• Build and maintain collaborative client relationships.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to grow capability.
