Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is seeking a Base Maintenance Manager (Lead) to oversee base maintenance across six sites in Europe from the UK. You will direct multi-site operations, ensure MOE/Part-145 compliance, and drive safety, quality and performance across the network.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage remote teams, and frequent travel between Prestwick, Seville, Kaunas, Wrocław, Shannon and Hahn.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in base/heavy maintenance within a Part-145 environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 and MOE requirements.
• Track record of delivering operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Base Maintenance Managers across the network, driving performance and accountability across each location.
• Ensure all maintenance is delivered and certified in accordance with MOE and Part-145 requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship across all bases.
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and production delivery across multiple sites.
• Drive training, competency, and performance standards across all maintenance teams.
• Liaise with CAMO representatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on maintenance planning and defect resolution.
• Own safety performance, including risk management, occurrence reporting, and human factors.
