Job summary

Ryanair Engineering is expanding its Base Maintenance leadership across multiple European sites. The Base Maintenance Manager (Lead) will oversee a network of heavy maintenance bases, ensure MOE and Part-145 compliance, manage cross-site resources, and drive safety, staffing, and performance. The role requires frequent travel and remote leadership across Prestwick, Seville, Kaunas, Wrocław, Shannon, and Hahn.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in base/heavy maintenance within a Part-145 environment.
• Proven leadership of multi-site or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 and MOE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Base Maintenance Managers across the network, driving performance and accountability.
• Ensure maintenance is delivered and certified per MOE and Part-145 requirements.
• Maintain high safety, compliance, and workmanship standards across bases.
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and production delivery across sites.
• Ensure bases are resourced with facilities, tooling, materials, and competent personnel.
• Drive training, competency, and performance standards across maintenance teams.
