Senior Bartender - Poole

Head Bartender

• Pay 12.55 per hour ( 26,100 per year for a 40 hour week)
• Plus up to 8,200 per year in tips (Paid weekly, based on last years earnings)

We're looking for an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team at our beautiful Sandbanks restaurant, Poole, Dorset.

What you'll be getting up to:

• Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
• Recommending drinks pairings with food
• Preparing the bar for a smooth service
• Maintaining stock levels
• Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
• Developing, training and inspiring your bar team to continuously improve
• Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make your guests and staff smile
• Controlling the bar from a sustainability, financial and quality driven perspective
• Working with a senior group from accross the business to continuosly develop our beverage range

What you'll bring to the role

This is a great opportunity for Bartender to progress, or for a current Head Bartender. We're looking for someone who has worked in restaurants or pubs that puts their heart and loyalty into a role. You'll be aware of guest needs and know how to make them smile, as well being able to effectively lead, inspire and develop a team.
