Prestonfield House Hotel, Edinburgh, is seeking a Senior Bartender to join a luxury, award-winning team. The role offers a competitive remuneration package with gratuities, based on 40 hours per week over five days.

Training will be provided to expand knowledge of a renowned wine cellar and premium portfolio. Candidates should hold a WSET Higher Certificate and have prior experience in a similar establishment; Scotland Licensing & Social Responsibility Training will be required during probation.
