Applicants must hold GMC registration and FRCS or equivalent. Evidence of professional development, laparoscopic experience, audit, and independent surgical practice is essential. Experience in training course leadership and presenting at meetings is desirable.

The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and be committed to medical education and research. A positive, flexible attitude is vital.
