The Blues Kitchen London, part of The Columbo Group, is seeking a Senior Barback to support busy services and keep the bar running smoothly. You’ll help supervise the back bar, restock, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience working as a barback in a busy bar or hospitality venue.
• Strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Genuine interest in bars and hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting bartenders and bar supervisors during busy services.
• Leading barback duties and helping organise the back bar during shifts.
• Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and bar supplies efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Helping ensure the bar team can deliver fast and consistent service.
