Nomura seeks a proactive Team Assistant in London to support the Group Head and senior bankers within the Investment Banking division. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle confidential information with discretion.

The role requires excellent organisation, proactive initiative, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced front-office environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based in London.

Qualificações

• Proven experience providing executive support to senior bankers.
• Experience in an Investment Banking front-office environment is essential.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent communication, professional demeanour and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact and trusted right hand to senior bankers.
• Support Group Head and direct reports with calendars, meetings and travel.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries.
• Process expenses, invoices and reimbursements in line with firm policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
